Opening request

Establish identity and source authority first.

Try this in Pi

Set the active track to US. Resolve AAPL to an exact venue listing. Use SEC primary sources for the company review, preserve every accession and duplicate, and list any data or entitlement facts that remain unknown.

The statusline for this track looks like US · USD · America/New_York · src:<percent>% · feat:<percent>% · agent:<configured|unconfigured>. src is evidence maturity; feat is installed feature breadth for this track only. Neither is a completeness or correctness verdict. Use /finance-track us or /us-track to switch navigation without relabelling data.

Exact identity

Do not guess from a ticker-shaped string.

  • A US listing is a symbol plus an exact MIC such as XNYS or XNAS. Caller declarations are not verified listing status.
  • SEC company search returns ticker-file candidates. A ticker is not a CIK, and a CIK is not a venue listing.
  • Alpaca quote and OHLCV requests require an explicit IEX or SIP feed. A successful request is not a real-time or entitlement claim.
  • XBRL facts keep raw numeric lexemes, periods, accessions, amendments, frames, units, and duplicates. Do not convert them through binary floats or collapse alternatives.
  • OHLCV gap classification needs the copied projection hash plus calendar, listing, and status receipts. A matching digest is not a provider signature.

Canonical route

Move through four evidence phases.

Follow-up requests

Keep later questions on the same receipts.

Queue the cited brief

After the SEC company and XBRL facts are in hand, compose a source-fact brief from the exact receipts. Refuse symbol, feed, CIK, or source mismatch. State that receipt integrity is not cryptographically proven.

Quote plus daily bars

Fetch the latest Alpaca best bid/ask for this exact US listing on the selected IEX or SIP feed, then one bounded daily OHLCV series. Keep freshness, session, latency, and size units unknown unless the provider states them.

Fundamentals without flattening

List the supported stock_fundamental definitions, then resolve one exact period under the stated filing policy. If the period is Ambiguous, stop. Do not derive Q4 or TTM until every input shares one filing context.

Provider truth

Keep these limitations in the answer.

  • SEC EDGAR requests require a caller-identifying product and contact; the identity values are configuration, not secrets.
  • Alpaca credentials in T1/T2 are read-only market-data inputs. No trading or broker mutation permission belongs in this product.
  • US OHLCV joins must prove listing, calendar, status, and provider receipts; a matching digest is not a provider signature.
  • The T6 US leg reviews one explicitly selected external transaction-tape capability packet and its provider identity, rights, sequence, clocks, conditions, recovery, and limitations. Futu OpenD, Alpaca, or IBKR connectivity remains caller-owned and outside the package.

Runtime configuration

Only configure adapters you intend to select.

These variables belong to the local Pi process—not this website, a prompt, a receipt, or source control. Values must never enter model context.

Shared operator identity

CN · HK · USNon-secret caller identification
AGENT_CONTACT

Set once and reuse everywhere. It identifies the operator to public-source adapters and the statusline; it grants no provider, entitlement, or cross-track authority.

SEC EDGAR

USPublic, read-only

No provider-specific environment variable. EDGAR and XBRL use the shared monitored AGENT_CONTACT and fixed plugin product labels.

Alpaca Market Data

USCredentialed, read-only market data
ALPACA_API_KEY_IDALPACA_API_SECRET_KEY

These are the actual Alpaca market-data credentials; caller identification comes from AGENT_CONTACT. The T6 broker review accepts explicit external capability packets or receipts and does not bundle an Alpaca SDK, account session, or trading authority.

Interactive Brokers

US broker reviewCaller-owned external gateway or export

IBKR Gateway/TWS, its SDK, credentials, login state, and entitlements are not bundled. Select an external adapter or bounded caller-owned receipt explicitly; Pi Sparkles receives no broker mutation authority.

Futu OpenD

CN · HK · US tape capabilityCaller-owned external process and entitlements

OpenD, the Futu SDK, credentials, login state, quote rights, and provider certification are not bundled. T6 validates an explicitly selected bounded capability packet; it does not start, install, authenticate, or silently fall back to OpenD.

OpenFIGI

Shared identityCredentialed, read-only
OPENFIGI_API_KEY

Optional identity resolution adapter. The returned mapping does not silently move a request between tracks.

Twelve Data

US company profileCredentialed, read-only
TWELVE_DATA_API_KEY

Optional company-profile source with provider terms and coverage limitations retained.

FRED

US / macroCredentialed, read-only
FRED_API_KEY

Optional macro adapter. Series metadata and vintage assumptions remain explicit.

Execution boundary: use Pi Sparkles to inspect, calculate, plan, simulate, journal, and reconcile evidence. Place and manage any real order through separate means. No plugin accepts brokerage write authority.
